Customer ServiceRPA Return Policy:If you are not satisfied with your purchase of an RPA product please call customer service at:
for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product. Personalized or other customized products may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances. If the item is returnable and you send it back to us unopened in the original box, RPA will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. You must return the product to the RPA warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original packaging. RPA will assess a 10% restocking fee on any opened product or package.
RPA Membership Cancellation Policy:If you are not satisfied with your RPA membership subscription please log into your RPA account and follow the instructions to cancel your subscription to the web site. All membership subscriptions are for a period of 12 months and cancellation of your membership will immediately terminate your access to the members only area and tools. There is no refund of any kind for cancelling your membership subscription to the web site. If you have subscribed to any Services such as our newsletter or other email marketing you will continue to recieve those Services. To unsubscribe from those Services click the "unsubscribe" link you find in those Service emails.
