Pro Football Hall of Fame's Carl Eller and his Retired Players Association are exceedingly proud to announce its partnership with IBSP LLC and STRYDE. TheRPA is dedicated to providing national advocacy and support for retired professional football players and their families. While our primary area of focus is to raise awareness and funding for retired football players and the specific conditions they so frequently face, we cannot ignore the other issues experienced by so many of our retired hero’s as they attempt to acclimate to a life that is so very different from the one they had become accustomed to in the NFL. It is with this in mind that the RPA has decided to partner with IBSP/STRYDE. STRYDE isthe provider of the most comprehensive and proprietary business consulting services in the industry. With core disciplines in the fields of general business consulting, cost remediation, business brokerage, franchise development, corporate lending, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, proprietary retirement programs and specialized health plans – STRYDE maintains relationships with thousands of associated consultants across the country (cpa’s, accountants and accounting firms, attorneys and law firms, financial and insurance firms) and as such is uniquely suited to assist in helping each and every retired and retiring player realize immediate success in their life after football through providing the player with unlimited support and opportunity. (Quote from Carl) - "I'm very excited about the many possibilities that we are bringing to the players through this partnership. The many relationships that Stryde will be able to bring to the table will enable our players to have access to not only additional income sources, but also possible second careers. My program, Game Plan II will play an integral part in helping players assess what these possibilities are. We will be providing education, events and opportunities that will improve the lives of our players and their families.
In addition, I'm happy to announce that we are adding two additional Board of Directors to the RPA because of their commitment to helping us achieve our mission, goal and objectives.
Cathy Gumbiner, President/Founder of Hall of Fame Financial of which I am co-founder and Sr Vice President of Player Relations and Jason Ziccarelli, CEO of IBSP LLC. Their combined levels of expertise will help the RPA bring more awareness and funding to support the ongoing needs of our players.
